Dr. Marni Hansill, DMD

Gentle, Honest, and Here for Your Smile

A Florida native, Dr. Marni Hansill brings compassion, integrity, and a gentle touch to every patient she sees. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oberlin College in Ohio before graduating from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2005.

Dr. Hansill spent her first decade practicing dentistry in rural Oregon and Idaho, caring for underserved communities as part of the National Health Service Corps. She returned home to Florida in 2015 and has been serving the Bradenton and Oneco communities ever since.

Patients often remark on Dr. Hansill’s painless injections and her ability to put people at ease. She’s committed to honest, pressure-free care and welcomes second opinions to help you feel fully confident in your dental decisions.

Outside the office, Dr. Hansill loves spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and practicing her French and Spanish with patients whenever she can.

With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as Office Manager at Oneco Smiles General and Cosmetic Dentistry. She began her career as a Dental Assistant, where she spent the majority of her time hands-on with her patients, building a strong foundation in patient care. For the past several years, she has transitioned into management, where her passion lies in ensuring each patient receives honest, high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys expressing her creativity through jewelry making and DIY projects. She’s also a big fan of live music and seizes any opportunity to attend concerts. But her favorite moments are spent at home with her partner Rick, their two young children, Hayden and Quinn, and their beloved yellow Lab, Milo. Whether at work or home, Nikki is all about connection, care, and creating positive experiences for those around her.

With years of experience in private practice, she's known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and commitment to patient education. Nicole strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience while providing the highest standard of preventative care.

Outside the office, Nicole has an active and balanced lifestyle. She's a certified personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, and hot yoga instructor who loves inspiring others to live healthy, confident lives. Most importantly, she's a proud mom of two amazing daughters and enjoys spending time with her husband and their four dogs. Nicole's dedication to health, wellness and family shines through in both her personal life and her approach to patient care.
